One Trip, Whole List — That’s the Value

A handyman visit has a fixed cost to show up, so the smart play is to make the most of it. Our $150 service call covers the drive out, setup, and the first full hour of work — so one loose hinge barely justifies a trip, while a full punch list absolutely does, and you get far more done per dollar. After that first hour it’s $75/hour, and we’ll always tell you before we’d go past it. For longer lists, a half day is $350 (up to 4 hours) and a full day is $650 (up to 8) — we just work straight down the list. For a single defined job, send a photo and we quote one flat price. Either way, you know the cost before we start.

And we stay honest about scope. Major electrical, gas, main plumbing, structural, and roofing are jobs for licensed specialists — when your list includes one, we’ll tell you straight and point you the right way. Everything else, from TV mounting and furniture assembly to drywall patching and fixture swaps, we can roll into the same visit.
